Today, I crossed San Anton, well, through the ruins of the XV century convent. Saint Anton is the patron of animals, as he used to heal and talk to them. One can easily recognize him on paintings, always pictured with a pig on his side. I found out that on his patron day (17th of January) in some Catholic Churches people are invited to bring their pets along for a special blessing.... Quite nice gesture!
